Mailing tubes work well for us

We use the wide mailing tubes to send coat racks. They are strong enough to protect the racks without much filler. I order from Packaging on Demand a lot and have had very few problems. We had a problem with a delivery once and it was resolved promptly.

this was a good find for me. product is lighter and stiffer than what i've used before so drops me in the cheaper postage category but the cardboard is still really firm, so no risk to product.
